I suppose this title will be very common for the coming posts. Walking with my father to a restaurant he mentioned how the poor people live. He claims that there is a whole mafia behind the deadbeat. I can see a possible documentary coming out of this, but the problem is access. How am I going to talk to somebody who is working as an ‘official’ deadbeater? More importantly how am I going to ask him/her to say the same things on camera? I beleive it could work as a radio documentary, for sure, but I need to look into this matter a slightly deeper. According to my father the media is currently full of this issue, so I should have no problem with it. (Eg: Newspapers, TV, Radio)
For a definite sound piece I found a bunch of zebra crossings in Budapest. I am inspired by the way they sound, (I mean the signal that lets the blind know that crossing is safe) so whatever happens I really want to record them. My father commented on this: ‘I wouldn’t have thought that these lights sound like this… and how many times I drive by here!’
