budapest – day1

I’m back in Budapest. The radio mic kit failed to work first, but I managed to fix it with two hours of work. Yesterday I also tested the whole equipment in action. When I decided to go out and aquire some material, I found that the batteries went flat.  My first day started good, but ended bad: I have blisters on my feet, and a couple of test recordings. I also decided to have a longer rest, which resulted in me getting up late. It’s a cloudy day today, but I’m going to wire up myself for the second time and hunt for material. Here are some pictures of how the impromptu binaural recording kit looks like on my head. I look as if I have one of those old earphone sets.
